...in the bustling offices of the Directorate of Information and Public Relations, a group of passionate individuals sat gathered around a table, engaged in a deep discussion. Their topic of conversation: how to constructively engage with the youth of their region.
"The youth are our future," said one of them, a young woman with fiery eyes. Another said: " We need to create something for them."
"But how?" asked another, a seasoned veteran of the department.
"We need to reach out to them where they are," said another, a soft-spoken man with a twinkle in his eye. "We need to use their own language and speak to their interests."
The group nodded in agreement. They brainstormed ideas for hours....
"Eureka! I have an idea" said one of the team members. "Our youth is very aspirational. They just need a little spark and a platform to express themselves, to share their ideas, and to be heard. Let's create a platform to do motivational conversations with super achiever personalities of Jammu and Kashmir. Listening to them will inspire our youth to create a nexus of good for themselves and the country. " he added.
The group agreed....
The group sat hour upon hour and decided that InspireGenZ would be a motivational talk-show. A show which would host role-models from diverse backgrounds, regions and communities of Jammu and Kashmir. A show which would host achievers of national and global impact. A show which was of the youth, by the youth and for the youth.
All this with a single minded purpose: that our youth will listen to stories of success and struggle of these change-makers and learn from them to dream and do.
This became the tag line for the show: Listen. Dream. Do
